My husband and I found her to be quite knowledgeable, and she addressed our numerous questions. I sent her a check along with a list of inquiries. She responded by saying, "I am holding on to your check. Let's get together one more time to ensure all of your questions are answered." We appreciated that gesture. She returned to ensure that all our questions were resolved and that we felt confident in our decisions. Finally, we met one last time to sign, and the process was complete.
